My name is Michael Gregory although to most people I'm known as "Goobs", I am 35 years old and I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in a small town called Ishpeming.

I'm currently working as a Plant Repairman at the Tilden iron ore mine. It's not exactly my dream job but it never-the-less affords me the opportunity to live in a small town far, far away from any big city. At different points in my life I worked in the Detroit area as an Engineer (by title only, I actually have a B.S. degree in Manufacturing Technology), a Project Engineer then a Manufacturing Engineer (again, by title only) in the Milwaukee area. I got fed up with the cities and was offered a job back home at the mine so I jumped at the opportunity to move back home with nary a second thought. So far I'm more than happy about my decision!!
I got married in October of 2000 to my beautiful wife and have two boys to raise.

By-the-way... that www.goobydo.com thing up above on this page doesn't exist yet... some day it will (somebody already has the address I wanted "www.goobs.com").
